Come Full Circle's goal is to remove the barriers that exist so that returning citizens can, not only be successful but thrive and be an inspiration to all who are returning home.

Vision
Come Full Circle is dedicated to helping clients transition out of community living and into an independent lifestyle by maintaining full-time employment and moving into independent living environments. Come Full Circle looks to expand in order to help as many returning citizens as possible.
Mission
We seek to provide housing and recovery services for men during reentry and to address mental health challenges while also removing barriers that may prevent individuals from becoming a vital part of society.
About the Owner
My name is Angela Huggins and I am the owner/operator of Come Full Circle of Cleveland, Ohio. In 1992, my son, Darrell Houston was convicted of first-degree murder, a crime which he did not commit. He was wrongfully imprisoned for 16 years, until, and through the judiciary process, he granted his return to society. Despite having his record cleared, Darrell still had to face the daunting challenge of re-entering society more than a decade later. He was very limited in his resources and had to rely on others to help him get started. Ever since this event, I have had a very personal and emotional interest in helping those who are re-entering society from prison.
I have found that those returning home face a multitude of challenges, not the least of which is finding safe and stable housing. Additionally, former incarcerated adults who have sexual or violence-based offenses face even greater challenges when it comes to re-entry and housing. These men struggle and, without a place to live, their chances of recidivism are high. It is through this personal journey that I have taken with my son that made me realize that there must be a better way. In 2008, and with the insistence of my son, I started Come Full Circle.
